Purchasing
Devices, cases, mounts, scanners and peripherals in one order and one delivery, quoted per store or for the whole fleet.
Devices prepared for your Apple Business Manager and MDM environment (Jamf, Intune, Omnissa or whichever platform you run), with apps and settings applied, asset-tagged and logged per store in our ITAM platform. All of it at our own depot, following your staging procedure.

Configuration
Store-by-store delivery on a schedule that fits opening hours. A local technician installs, connects and tests on site. The old equipment goes back to us in the box provided.

A 24/7 multilingual helpdesk your store staff can call, repair in our own depot during the contract, refurbishment or secure disposal at the end of it.
Recently we replaced the point-of-sale hardware in 115 stores across Europe in six weeks: purchasing, staging at our Belgian depot, technician planning, installation, return logistics and secure disposal of the old fleet.
